Commie/ CDP/ Sous Chef

Role Overview: As a culinary expert at Nesco Foods, you will be part of a team dedicated to creating versatile culinary experiences for various events and occasions. You will collaborate with the Executive Chef to manage kitchen operations, develop new Indian and Western dishes, and maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the Executive Chef in managing all aspects of kitchen operations - Develop and execute new Indian and Western dishes and seasonal menus in collaboration with the culinary team - Ensure proper portion control, food cost, and waste management in line with budget requirements - Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in compliance with food safety regulations (HACCP, etc.) - Monitor stock levels, place orders, and ensure the freshness and quality of ingredients used - Conduct regular kitchen inspections and staff briefings to maintain operational excellence - Handle guest feedback and complaints regarding food quality or presentation professionally Qualifications: - 1-15+ years" of culinary or kitchen experience - Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills - Highly organized with excellent attention to detail If you have a strong passion for culinary excellence and attention to detail, and possess the necessary experience and skills, we invite you to share your CV on intern2@nesco.in.
