Job Description

We are looking for a Key Account Manager who can build long-term, trusted relationships with strategic clients while driving account growth and retention. This role sits at the intersection of client management, commercial ownership, and execution excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage relationships with key and strategic accounts
Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring high client satisfaction
Understand client business objectives and align solutions accordingly
Drive account growth through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
Track account performance, revenue, and engagement metrics
Anticipate client risks and proactively resolve issues

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in key account management, client servicing, or enterprise sales
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
Commercial acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously

Good to Have

Experience in B2B services, consulting, or recruitment solutions
Exposure to contract negotiations and account renewals
Experience working with CXOs or senior leadership stakeholders
Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting
