Profile Overview We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to assist in project planning, execution, and team coordination. This role involves supporting cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth workflows, and contributing to process improvements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow in the field of project management. Responsibilities Project Coordination & Execution Assist in planning and executing projects while ensuring timelines and objectives are met. Support project documentation, including requirements, schedules, and workflows. Track project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and escalate issues when necessary. Team & Stakeholder Communication Coordinate between designers, developers, and other teams to ensure clear communication. Maintain meeting notes, follow up on action items, and provide regular project updates. Foster a collaborative work environment by assisting in team coordination. Process & Documentation Management Help optimize internal project management processes for efficiency. Maintain project records, reports, and performance data for future reference. Ensure project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana) are updated with relevant information. Risk Management & Problem-Solving Identify risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies. Adapt to project changes and ensure smooth transitions during scope adjustments. Provide input on process improvements to enhance team productivity. Requirements Core Skills Basic knowledge of Project Management principles, including Agile and Scrum methodologies. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Good understanding of workflow optimization and project tracking. Analytical mindset to assess risks and suggest improvements. Technical & Soft Skills Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar). Strong communication skills for stakeholder coordination and reporting. Familiarity with Google Workspace, Excel, and documentation tools. A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to learn quickly. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Internship (Long term) or 1+ year of experience in project coordination or management.
