Junior Project Manager

As a Junior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team with varied technical expertise, assigning work, tracking progress, and ensuring that execution aligns with the plan. Your role will involve: - Understanding the project scope and devising a feasible work plan based on inputs. - Monitoring the team's and individual's work progress and ensuring alignment with the project goals. - Providing necessary guidance and support to the team by addressing pain points and fostering growth. - Acting as a spokesperson for the client during project development, making informed decisions to handle scope changes and project metrics. - Demonstrating a solid understanding of technical concepts and components, and effectively communicating with the technical team. - Updating management and reporting heads on project progress, team performance, scope management, identified issues, and solutions. - Efficiently tracking time, task performance, individual progress, and resolving team conflicts.
