Python AI/ML Developer (AWS Comprehend, AWS Lex, GenAI)

We are seeking a talented and motivated Python AI/ML Developer to join our growing team. The
ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python programming, experience with AWS Comprehend, AWS Lex, and Generative AI technologies. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI/ML models and applications that utilize these powerful tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, deploy, and maintain AI/ML models using Python and AWS services, including
  Comprehend, Lex, and GenAI.
• Design and implement natural language processing (NLP) applications to enhance text
  analysis, sentiment analysis, and language understanding capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, design
  solutions, and deliver high-quality AI/ML applications.
• Continuously improve and optimize AI/ML models to ensure high performance, accuracy,
  and scalability.
• Conduct experiments, analyze results, and iterate on models to achieve desired
  outcomes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML and AWS technologies to drive
  innovation and improvement.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a culture of learning and growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Python developer, with a strong understanding of AI/ML
  concepts and techniques.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Comprehend, AWS Lex, and Generative AI
  technologies.
• Proficiency in natural language processing (NLP) and text analytics.
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with other AWS services such as S3, Lambda, SageMaker, etc.
• Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
  techniques.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
