Junior Project Manager

As a Junior Project Manager at Landor, you will be part of the Global Design Studio known for its expertise in brand consulting, design, and experience. Your role involves connecting business strategy to brand, bringing brands to life, and creating brand-led experiences for talent and customers. - Collaborate with Client Managers to prepare for key meetings by booking rooms, sourcing materials, and facilitating technical setup with local IT teams. - Assist in creating and formatting PowerPoint presentation decks, capturing meeting notes accurately, and driving project delivery actions by coordinating with Client Service leads. - Support financial tasks such as tracking client Purchase Orders (PO) and billing schedules, and managing job numbers in collaboration with Commercial Partners and Client Service teams. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in Project Management Support, providing daily administrative and project management assistance to client teams. - Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with Client Service leads and build productive relationships across all departments.
