Junior Project Manager

As a Junior Project Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in transforming creative ideas into impactful designs for our global clients, including Fortune 50 companies. You will be responsible for managing and executing creative campaigns, working closely with various teams to ensure successful project delivery. Some key responsibilities of this role include: - Owning a small to midsized client or running a Specialty team - Day to day project management: updating timelines, ensuring smooth communication to avoid roadblocks, and overseeing project delivery - Taking ownership of projects from scoping to job wrap - Monitoring Estimates vs Actuals and identifying scope creep - Developing scopes and timelines for proper resource allocation - Handling vendor bids and gaining insight into different production aspects - Managing team communication, tools access, and monthly team meetings - Building strong relationships with creative and account teams This role could be the right fit for you if you possess: - 5-7 years of professional experience in a similar role in an advertising agency, publishing, or design studio - Experience in leading studio trafficking and coordination teams - Proficiency in key Creative Suite programs - Strong organizational, multitasking, and proactive skills - Good analytical and numerical abilities - Exposure to working with international agencies and brands - Excellent understanding of brand extension and SOPs - Working knowledge of Microsoft programs - Ability to keep skills up-to-date and self-improve - Deep understanding of the print production cycle - Fluency in oral and written English - Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, solution-driven approach - Working knowledge of Adobe Workfront, Jira, and project management tools In your day-to-day tasks, you will transition from handling general requests to managing client projects, collaborating closely with dedicated teams. Your primary focus will be on establishing trust with clients and senior project management members, managing projects from start to finish, and handling multiple workstreams concurrently. You will be working in a US shift in a hybrid model, with the location being Chennai or Bangalore.,
