Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for providing project support and assisting in the successful delivery of projects by coordinating specific activities. Your key responsibilities will include: - Tracking, collecting, and publishing Service delivery SLAs - Managing document management and planning - Tracking project critical data for team members - Reporting project status - Coordinating data collection from the team and providing summary reports for stakeholders - Updating project records and plans using information from various tools - Maintaining document control for the Program - Tracking competency development of the team - Supporting the analysis of risks and maintaining the Risk Log - Managing the Project change management process - Publishing reports on time after internal reviews and approvals - Organizing meetings and tracking action items to closure To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Excel advanced features including VBA and formulas - Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills - Familiarity with Service Delivery tools like Service Now is a plus Please note that you should be comfortable with rotational shifts.,
