Experience required:

As a Junior Instructional Designer, you will be expected to:

1.      Transform content into engaging and interactive learning experiences.

2.      Develop storyboards in PowerPoint or authoring tools like Storyline based on source content for various projects.

3.      Ideate and design engaging learning activities (Interactivities, Gamification, etc.) for enhanced retention of content.

4.      Apply instructional design models (ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, etc.) to craft learner-centric content.

5.      Visualise instructional graphics and work with graphic designers for their implementation.

6.      Create supporting materials like audio scripts, additional resources, games, scenarios, etc.

7.      Collaborate with SMEs, designers, and developers to create high-impact learning solutions.

8.      Brainstorm and develop creative concepts for video marketing solutions that effectively communicate complex ideas.

9.      Work with global clients across industries like technology, healthcare, manufacturing, and finance to design customized training solutions.

10.  Conduct self and peer reviews of deliverables.

11.  Ensure deliverables meet standard quality at all stages of the projects.

12.  Ensure deadlines are met as per project plans.

13.  Contribute to other initiatives like newsletters, social media posts, instructional research, etc.

Must have

1. Exceptional communication skills
2. Proficient in English
3. Strong writing skills with experience in content writing, copywriting, or technical writing
4. Knowledge of instructional design theories & applications
5. A strong drive to learn and implement trending skills and concepts in the industry
6. Capability to extract key insights from projects and share knowledge when required
7. Proficiency in computer applications, including MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Google Drive
8. Strong analytical thinking and a strategic approach to problem-solving
9. A creative mind-set with the ability to simplify complex concepts

Eligibility Criteria

·      0 - 2 year(s) of experience in Instructional Design

·      PhD/Masters/Bachelor’s degree in any domain (An aggregate of 60% throughout academic career devoid of backlogs)
