Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Instructional Designer located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Junior Instructional Designer will be responsible for conducting needs analysis, designing instructional materials, developing training programs, managing learning processes, and creating curriculum content. The role involves collaborating with subject matter experts, utilizing learning management systems, and ensuring the quality and effectiveness of instructional content.
