Conducting product or service presentations tailored to the needs of clients and prospective customers. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs Negotiating contracts and agreements, ensuring mutual satisfaction and alignment with company goals. Overseeing a portfolio of existing accounts, strengthening client relationships, and identifying upselling opportunities. Collaborating with internal teams, to ensure a seamless client experience. Meeting and exceeding sales quotas, tracking progress using CRM software, and generating regular performance reports. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Working knowledge of CRM tools, prospecting platforms, and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven mindset. Understanding of B2B sales cycles and negotiation techniques. Experience in E-learning, IT sectors is highly preferred. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Strong analytical skills and a passion for customer engagement and business growth.

Junior Instructional Designer gurugram 1 - 3 years INR 3.5 - 5.0 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

Candidates should have expertise level in : Scripting & Instructional Designing E-learning storyboarding Scripting for Video-based training E-Learning, Animation, and video graphic visualizations Instructional Designing Models Candidate should have a very good level of Comprehension as topics may include Semi-technical subjects e.g.: Regulations, mechanics, machines, electronics, software(s), occupational hazards & industrial safety, etc. Very Good acumen to do research to understand new topics. Project Type: E-learning, Gamification, Responsive E-Learning, Video-based learning. Design and develop storyboards (Level 2,3 & 4), including OST, voice-over scripts, and graphic and programming design notes based on requirements. Ability to expertly transform the raw information gathered from clients / SMEs / various research sources; into relevant interactive and engaging e-learning storyboards, preferred to be developed in Microsoft PowerPoint. Ability to perform content analysis and content chunking Ability to develop engaging & interactive web-based e-learning and video-based learning. Ability to apply instructional theories as per the need and demand of the project. Expert-level knowledge of Instructional Theories including the ADDIE Model. Experience in writing analysis and MIS reports Monitor E-learning Project including guiding graphic/ animation development stages & final quality control cycle of developed e-learning WBTs. Hands-on experience in MS office especially in PowerPoint for creating storyboards Responsibilities: Communicate with SME/ Client to gather information and collate raw content. To independently develop engaging, interactive Storyboards in PPT format, from raw content from SMEs or research topics. Guide the graphic designers in creating required graphics and animations Carry out final Quality control of developed CBTs. Create and update work-related reports and analyses. Other Technical Skill set Knowledge of eLearning development standards, such as SCORM, AICC Awareness and basic knowledge of e-learning development tools like Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, etc. Basic awareness of Learning Management systems
