Junior Instructional Designer

As an eLearning Content Developer based in Mumbai, your role involves creating engaging training materials for both classroom and online platforms. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Developing classroom training PowerPoint presentations and eLearning content by storyboarding scripts. - Applying knowledge of ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy, and Adult learning principles to ensure effective content development. - Designing High-Level Design Documents (HLD), storyboards, and visual concepts for training materials. - Utilizing tools such as PowerPoint and Canva to create content, including videos. - Creating interactive live trainings (ILTs) and web-based trainings (WBTs) with effective storyboards. - Working with Articulate (Level 2) to develop engaging eLearning content. Qualifications required for this role: - A minimum of 5 years of experience in eLearning content development. - Certification in Instructional Design would be preferred. - Proficiency in creating content using PowerPoint and Canva. - Familiarity with instructional design principles and tools such as ADDIE and Bloom's Taxonomy.
