Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Instructional Designer Review Consultant. The Consultant will be responsible for conducting needs analysis, designing instructional materials, developing and managing training programs, and overseeing curriculum development. The role also includes managing learning management systems and ensuring effective training and development strategies are implemented.

Qualifications

• Skills in Needs Analysis and Instructional Design
• Proficiency in Training & Development and Learning Management
• Experience in Curriculum Development
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the certification or education industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
