Junior Instructional Designer

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop training modules, facilitator guides, lesson plans, and learner handbooks.
  
• Use instructional models such as Test–Teach–Test, experiential learning, and storytelling.
  
• Simplify complex concepts into easy and relatable content for youth.
  
• Create PowerPoints, infographics, videos, activity sheets, and digital learning materials.
  
• Coordinate with field trainers to pilot content and revise based on feedback.
  
• Ensure content is inclusive, gender-sensitive, and contextually relevant.
  
• Maintain documentation, version control, and LMS uploads.
  

Skills Required:

• Strong writing and content structuring skills (simple English; Hindi/regional language familiarity preferred).
  
• Basic understanding of instructional design frameworks and learner-centered teaching.
  
• Good command of MS PowerPoint, Google Docs, and Canva.
  
• Ability to work creatively within timelines.
  

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of tools like Articulate Rise, Genially, or basic video editing.
  
• Experience in NGOs, education projects, or community training programs.
  
• Understanding of diversity and inclusion principles.
