Now Hiring: Instructional Designer - Hindi (Contract, Remote)We're looking for a talented Junior Instructional Designer (2-4 years of experience) to join our team on a contract basis.Qualifications:- 2-4 years of experience in Instructional Design or a related role.- Strong skills in Needs Analysis and Instructional Design.- Experience in Curriculum Development and Learning Management Systems (LMS).- Expertise in Training & Development.- Proficiency in Hindi and strong communication skills in both Hindi and English.- Ability to work independently and remotely.- Experience in the Education or EdTech industry is a plus.
