The Role

Junior HR Manager

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual to grow their HR career and gain experience in the unique dynamics of a tech-enabled two-sided marketplace.


Key Responsibilities


Internal Employee Administration (Aruva Staff)
  1. Recruitment Support:

    Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process for internal Aruva staff, including posting job descriptions, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate correspondence.
  2. Onboarding & Offboarding:

    Handle all administrative tasks related to new employee onboarding (paperwork, system access, orientation) and offboarding (exit interviews, documentation).
  3. Policy Compliance:

    Ensure all internal HR processes adhere to local labor laws and company policies. Maintain and update employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS).
  4. Benefits & Payroll Liaison:

    Act as the primary point of contact for internal staff inquiries regarding benefits, time-off requests, and payroll issues, liaising with external providers as needed.


General HR and Data Operations


  1. CRM Administration and Reporting:

    Serve as the primary administrative owner of the

    Customer Relationship Management (CRM) portal

    for data quality. This includes monitoring data entry accuracy for client and Artist profiles, contract status updates (

    AMC/Subscription

    ), and generating key reports for HR, Sales, and Operations teams.
  2. Contract Documentation Support:

    Work closely with the Sales and Legal teams to organize and maintain complete records for high-value Client

    Subscription and Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC)

    agreements, ensuring data synchronization with the CRM.
  3. HR Reporting:

    Compile HR metrics and reports on key areas such as recruitment pipeline, employee turnover, and Artist onboarding completion rates, often leveraging data extracted from the CRM.
  4. Employee Engagement:

    Assist in planning and executing internal team-building activities, employee wellness programs, and company culture initiatives.



Required Skills and Qualifications


  • Experience:

    3-5 years of proven professional experience in Human Resources, Administration, or a related field.
  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
  • Technical Proficiency:

    Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) and practical experience working with an HRIS and/or a

    CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot or similar)

    .
  • Knowledge:

    Foundational understanding of employment law and HR best practices (e.g., recruitment, disciplinary processes).
  • Communication:

    Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a high degree of empathy and professionalism.
  • Attributes:

    Highly organized, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
