Job Title: HR Executive

About the Role:

NNM Group is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support end-to-end HR activities and employee lifecycle management. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a passion for working with people. This role provides hands-on exposure to recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, HR documentation, and employee engagement in a fast-paced financial services environment.


NNM Group operates through two entities:

• NNM Securities – A Market Maker enabling SME & MSME companies to successfully list on stock exchanges and unlock investor value.

• NNM NextGen Cokaco – Specialises in IPO listing, M&A advisory, drafting CHPs for DRHP, underwriting and fundraising support.


Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding: • Use job portals, LinkedIn, and hiring platforms to source candidates. • Publish, monitor, and close job advertisements. • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers. • Prepare offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documentation. • Develop and assist with new hire orientation and training materials.


HR Documentation & Records: • Maintain and update personnel files, HR databases, and employee records. • Prepare HR letters and documents with accuracy and confidentiality. • Manage employee MIS, attendance, data entry, and HR reports.


Payroll Coordination: • Support payroll processing in coordination with accounts/finance. • Maintain leave records and ensure timely inputs for payroll cycle.


Employee Engagement & Communication: • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives. • Handle internal communication and notices. • Assist in addressing employee grievances professionally.


HR Policies & Compliance: • Ensure adherence to HR policies and processes. • Assist in improvement of HR systems and HR-related practices when required.


Key Skills & Competencies: • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) • Strong MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines • Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset • Excellent presentation skills • Team-oriented, approachable, and self-motivated • Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities


Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or related field

• Understanding of basic HR practices and procedures

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Work-from-office availability
