Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Executive Human Resources based in Mumbai. The Junior Executive HR will be responsible for supporting HR operations, implementing HR policies, maintaining positive employee relations, and managing various HR functions. Daily tasks will include employee management, administrative support, and assisting in the development and execution of HR strategies. The role also involves addressing employee concerns and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
  • Strong understanding of Employee Relations and HR Policies
  • Knowledge and skills in Human Resources processes and practices
  • Effective communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced work environment
  • Prior experience in a human resources or administrative role is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Job Responsibilities

Assist in end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews and follow-ups.Maintain and update candidate databases, job portals, and HR trackers.Support onboarding & induction process for new joiners.Handle employee documentation, attendance records & HR files.Assist in drafting HR letters, policies, notices & email communication.Coordinate with internal departments as required.Support HR team in daily operations and administrative activities.Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance in all HR functions.
