Duties & Responsibilities:

🔹 Support implementation of HR policies in line with company and legal requirements

🔹 Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating employee development activities

🔹 Maintain HR documentation and support ISO & compliance initiatives

🔹 Coordinate with management to support HR and business alignment goals

🔹 Promote open and transparent communication across teams

🔹 Assist in ensuring adequate manpower availability for ongoing operations

🔹 Handle employee records with confidentiality and accuracy

🔹 Participate in the recruitment process – sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates

🔹 Maintain and update the manpower and employee database regularly

🔹 Prepare and share basic HR or manpower reports with the HR Lead/Manager

Requirements:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field

✔ 6 months – 1 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or manpower coordination (fresh graduates with strong HR knowledge may also apply)

✔ Basic understanding of Indian labor laws, ISO documentation, and HR compliance; exposure to EPCC or Oil & Gas industries is an advantage

✔ Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
