We are looking for Architect for Healthcare based Projects Location: Andheri, Mumbai

Roles and Responsibilities

1) Lead and manage the design team, including architects, interior designers, draftsmen, 3D artists, MEP professionals, and others, to deliver innovative and high- quality healthcare infrastructure designs.2) Lead the end-to-end design process from concept, master planning, and schematic design through to execution.3) Design and implement policies and processes to ensure design excellence, efficiency, and adherence to timelines and budgets.4) Monitor and assess team performance to ensure effective collaboration, productivity, and consistent design quality across all functions.5) Ensure that all design work meets client requirements, industry standards, and regulatory compliance, particularly for healthcare infrastructure.6) Oversee the creation of comprehensive design documentation, including blueprints, technical drawings, and 3D models.7) Collaborate with sales, project management, and construction teams to ensure seamless integration of design concepts during the execution phase.8) Manage client relationships by effectively communicating design progress, addressing feedback, and ensuring client satisfaction.9) Continuously evaluate design trends, materials, and technologies to improve the quality and efficiency of design solutions.10) Monitor project performance from design inception to completion, ensuring the delivery of high-quality work within the set scope, time, and budget.11) Conduct periodic reviews and quality assurance checks on design deliverables to ensure consistency and excellence.12) Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to the design team, fostering professional development and skill enhancement.13) Collaborate with senior management, clients, investors, and regulatory authorities to align project objectives, timelines, and design deliverables.14) Present architectural concepts, project progress, and design milestones to both internal and external stakeholders.15) Manage client feedback and resolve conflicts in a structured and professional manner, fostering constructive face-to-face interactions over email debates.
