Architect

Roles & Responsibilities :

Develop innovative architectural designs that reflect the luxury brand identity of our company.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate branding, merchandising, and customer experience into architectural projects. •Oversee the architectural design process from conceptual sketches to finalized plans and specifications.

• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards throughout all phases of the project.

• Manage relationships with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality of work performed by contractors and subcontractors.

• Prepare comprehensive documentation including drawings, models, and presentations for internal reviews and client meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

• Proven experience in luxury retail architecture or high-end commercial projects with a strong portfolio.

• Strong proficiency in architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.

• In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and best practices in sustainable design.

• Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
