Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Jr. Sous Chef / Sous Chef to join our team at Hyatt Regency, with 8-12 years of experience in the hospitality industry.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Assist the Executive Chef in planning and preparing high-quality menus.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate food preparation and presentation.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety in the kitchen.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain consistency and excellence in food preparation.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Jr. Sous Chef or Sous Chef in a reputable hotel or restaurant.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and menu planning.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
