Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Provide high-quality Japanese language support to clients and internal teams.
Develop and implement effective language training programs for employees.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication.
Conduct language assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
Create engaging content and materials to promote language learning and cultural awareness.
Foster strong relationships with stakeholders through excellent communication skills.

Job Requirements

Proficient in Japanese language (N2 level) with excellent reading, writing, and speaking skills.
Experience in the IT Service & Consulting industry is preferred.
Strong understanding of cultural nuances and language complexities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Familiarity with language learning tools and software is an asset.
