WFM Analyst

We are looking for a skilled WFM Analyst to join our team at Gratitude India Manpower Consultants Pvt. Ltd., with 487 being the reference number for this position. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT Service & Consulting and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and patterns, providing insights to stakeholders.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
• Design and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with poor planning and resource allocation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal customers to understand their needs and provide support.
