Job Description

As a Workforce Management (WFM) Analyst at Electronic Arts, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our partners meet plans and drive improvements across the organization. You will report to the Community Care Director of Programs & Planning, and your passion for improvements, critical thinking, and data analysis will be key to your success. **Key Responsibilities:** - Analyze historical datasets to identify insights for organizational improvements. - Collaborate with operations, product, and project management teams to model future outcomes in capacity and staffing plans. - Present long-term planning outputs to leadership teams on a monthly and quarterly basis. - Work closely with the Sr. Director of Community Care & business planning teams to achieve budget targets. - Collaborate with Data Science and Insights teams to identify analysis opportunities and guide improvements. - Create workload requirements, staffing proposals, and financial projections for lines of business on a regular basis. **Qualifications:** - 5+ years experience in WFM at a large-scale multinational corporation. - 5+ years in a Staff Planning role for a team of 1000+ agents with multiple campaigns. - Ability to shift between long-term strategic forecasting and short-term tactical planning. - Knowledge of planning methodologies like Erlang, Workload, Shrinkage, etc. - Intermediate knowledge of forecasting, quantitative modeling, and scenario analysis. - 2+ years of experience using Tableau or a similar analytics platform for data analysis. - Ability to deliver to targets with quick turnaround.
