Job Description

We are hiring an experienced IT Sales Manager with a strong background in B2B and B2C sales across Digital Marketing services, as well as HRMS and ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle, supporting channel partnerships, and contributing to both domestic and selected international business development.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Assist in planning and executing sales strategies for Digital Marketing, HRMS, and ERP services.
  • Focus on generating and converting qualified leads across domestic and international markets.
  • Set and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets aligned with company goals.

B2B and B2C Sales

  • Engage with small to mid-sized businesses, understanding their needs and offering customized IT solutions.
  • Pitch and sell digital marketing service packages and ERP/HRMS solutions tailored to client requirements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers, department heads, and business owners.

Channel Sales & Partner Coordination

  • Support the development and coordination of a sales partner network.
  • Maintain relationships with resellers, affiliates, and local sales agents.
  • Ensure proper onboarding and performance tracking of partners.

Direct Sales & Lead Management

  • Manage the complete sales funnel: lead generation, cold calling, pitching, proposals, negotiation, and closure.
  • Conduct client meetings, online demos, and needs assessments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs.

HRMS & ERP Sales

  • Understand client requirements and offer suitable products from our HRMS and ERP portfolio.
  • Coordinate for basic customizations and integration needs during the sales process.
  • Liaise with the delivery team to ensure a smooth post-sales transition.

Team Collaboration & Reporting

  • Coordinate with marketing and junior sales staff for lead generation efforts.
  • Maintain CRM records and prepare weekly/monthly sales performance reports.
  • Share market insights to help refine offerings and sales messaging.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales, preferably in Digital Marketing or IT services, with at least 2 years in HRMS and ERP.
  • Experience in selling HRMS/ERP solutions or similar technology offerings
  • Ability to manage the complete sales cycle independently
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
  • Comfortable with sales targets and performance-based environments

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in selling services (non-SaaS) to mid-sized organizations
  • Familiarity with tools such as HRMS and ERP platforms
  • Exposure to handling international clients or markets
  • Experience using CRM tools and digital lead generation platforms

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
