IT Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client referrals.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT products or services (e.g., software, hardware, cloud solutions, managed IT services).
• Deliver compelling presentations and product demos to clients.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales deals.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs as set by the management.
• Collaborate with technical and support teams for smooth onboarding and after-sales service.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, leads, and client communications using CRM tools.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the IT industry.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote products.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT sales, B2B sales, or technical sales.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, software solutions, or cybersecurity (based on company offering).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand technical information and translate it into business solutions.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Proficient in CRM software, MS Office, and online lead generation tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
