Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT domain (products, solutions, services).
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and technical teams to develop customized solutions.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Ensure timely reporting of sales performance and forecasts to leadership.
Mentor and guide junior sales team members, if any.

Key Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA is a plus).
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT sales or business development.
Strong understanding of IT products, solutions, and services (Cloud, SaaS, Software Development, Infrastructure, etc.).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
