IT Sales Manager

**Job Description:** As an experienced ERP Sales professional with over 8 years of experience, including at least 3 years in a senior, quota-carrying role, you will be responsible for achieving or exceeding multi-crore sales targets. Your deep understanding of ERP systems and various business processes such as Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, HR, and CRM will be crucial in your role. You should possess a strong network of decision-makers and influencers, particularly CXOs, CFOs, and CIOs, in the assigned region. Your exceptional consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship management skills will be vital for success. Being self-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset and ownership of revenue responsibilities is key. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must, and a Bachelor's degree is required, while an MBA is considered a plus. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prioritize selling SaaS-based ERP solutions effectively - Utilize your familiarity with local business practices, regulations, and cultural nuances of the Middle East and/or India - Work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment - Engage in CXO-level discussions and drive IT product sales **Qualifications Required:** - 8+ years of experience in ERP sales - Deep understanding of ERP systems and business processes - Strong network of decision-makers and influencers - Consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship management skills - Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with ownership of revenue responsibilities - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus - Prior experience selling SaaS-based ERP solutions - Familiarity with local business practices, regulations, and cultural nuances of Middle East and/or India - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment **Additional Details:** The company is looking for candidates willing to relocate to Bangalore for this permanent job opportunity.
