Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Sales Manager to lead our digital marketing services team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape, proven sales experience, and a passion for driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within the digital marketing domain.
  • Client Acquisition: Actively pursue and acquire new clients by building strong relationships and understanding their unique needs.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market penetration.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, motivation, and coaching to drive performance.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Proposal Development: Create compelling proposals and presentations to showcase our digital marketing solutions and services.
  • Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth by closing deals and upselling/cross-selling additional services.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in IT sales, preferably in the digital marketing domain.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and content marketing.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Performance bonus
