We work with startups, SMEs, and enterprises to deliver high-quality digital solutions and business impact. Role Overview We are hiring a high-performing IT Sales Executive to generate and convert leads into clients for our software and web development services. The ideal candidate will have a strong IT background , be comfortable with freelancing platforms , LinkedIn Sales Navigator , and cold outreach , and must have at least 2 years of experience in IT sales . Key Responsibilities Prospect and acquire new clients through freelancing platforms, LinkedIn, cold calling, and outbound campaigns Respond to bids and manage profiles on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator for advanced lead generation Initiate conversations with potential clients via email, calls, or DMs Deliver engaging client presentations and solution pitches Collaborate with internal tech teams for scope documents and proposal preparation Manage sales pipeline, maintain CRM records, and track KPIs Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets Must-Have Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Minimum 2 years of proven experience in IT sales , specifically for service-based companies Solid understanding of web technologies , mobile applications , and custom software development Experience working with international clients (US, UK, Europe, UAE preferred) Additional Skills Required Hands-on with freelancing platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.) Proficient in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and outreach software Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong analytical thinking and objection-handling ability Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently What You’ll Get Competitive base salary + attractive sales incentives Work flexibility (remote/hybrid) Career growth opportunities in a scaling IT company Supportive leadership and creative freedom
