Job Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven IT Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of IT products/services, sales strategies, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Business Development:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
• Research market trends and competitors to refine sales approaches.

Team Leadership & Management:

• Recruit, train, and mentor sales executives.
• Set sales targets, monitor performance, and ensure KPIs are met.
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
• Understand client needs and propose tailored IT solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently.

Collaboration & Reporting:

• Work closely with marketing, product, and tech teams to align sales strategies.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in IT sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience with CRM software and sales automation tools.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in SaaS, software solutions, or IT services sales.
• Knowledge of IT products, cloud computing, or cybersecurity solutions.
