**Position Overview:**
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic IT Sales Manager to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in our IT solutions sector and fostering strong relationships with clients within your designated territory. The IT Sales Manager will lead sales initiatives, promote our cutting-edge technology products and services, meet sales targets, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Sales Leadership:**
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets within the assigned region.
- Identify and engage in new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and outreach.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and diligently follow up on leads.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to illustrate the value of our IT solutions.
- Negotiate and finalize sales contracts to reach and surpass revenue goals.
**Territory Management:**
- Effectively manage all sales activities within the assigned territory.
- Regularly visit and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and potential customers.
- Complete regular market research and competitor analysis to uncover trends and identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide valuable feedback and insights to the sales and marketing teams for product enhancement and promotional efforts.
**Customer Relationship Management:**
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and position yourself as a trusted advisor to clients.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including customer support and technical services, to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
**Reporting and Analysis:**
- Maintain accurate and thorough records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to pinpoint successful strategies, opportunities, and potential hurdles.
**Qualifications and Skills:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record in IT sales with a focus on software solutions, preferably within the ERP landscape.
- Strong understanding of technology products and services, coupled with a history of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proficient in both verbal and written formats.
- Ability to cultivate relationships with clients at various organizational levels.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and proactively.
- Exceptional negotiation and closing capabilities.
- Proficiency in utilizing CRM software and sales tools effectively.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
