Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhopal for an Account Specialist. The Account Specialist will be responsible for managing client accounts, providing excellent customer service, handling financial tasks, and utilizing analytical skills to ensure client satisfaction. Daily tasks include maintaining client relationships, addressing inquiries, managing account records, and collaborating with internal teams to provide tailored solutions.
