🎓 Qualifications:
✔️ Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
✔️ 3–5 years of relevant experience (IT sector preferred)
✔️ Familiarity with GeM, government tenders, and procurement processes
✔️ Strong communication & negotiation skills
