Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated Telecaller to join our IT company. The role involves interacting with potential clients, explaining IT products/services, generating leads, fixing appointments for the sales team, and maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote IT products and services. Handle inbound inquiries and provide details about company offerings. Generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings for the business development team. Maintain a daily call log and update the CRM with accurate client information. Follow up with interested clients and nurture relationships for long-term business. Understand client needs and explain relevant IT solutions (software, web, app, cloud, etc.). Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets. Coordinate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure smooth client communication. Provide feedback to management about client requirements and market trends. Skills & Competencies: Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi, other regional languages a plus). Basic knowledge of IT services (software, websites, apps, cloud, digital solutions). Persuasive and confident telephone manner. Strong customer service and relationship-building skills. Ability to work under targets and meet deadlines. Good computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, email handling). Qualifications: Graduate/Undergraduate (any stream). Prior telecalling/inside sales experience in IT or service industry preferred. Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
