Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Telecaller to join our IT company. The role involves interacting with potential clients, explaining IT products/services, generating leads, fixing appointments for the sales team, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote IT products and services.
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide details about company offerings.
• Generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings for the business development team.
• Maintain a daily call log and update the CRM with accurate client information.
• Follow up with interested clients and nurture relationships for long-term business.
• Understand client needs and explain relevant IT solutions (software, web, app, cloud, etc.).
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure smooth client communication.
• Provide feedback to management about client requirements and market trends.

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi, other regional languages a plus).
• Basic knowledge of IT services (software, websites, apps, cloud, digital solutions).
• Persuasive and confident telephone manner.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work under targets and meet deadlines.
• Good computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, email handling).

Qualifications:

• Graduate/Undergraduate (any stream).
• Prior telecalling/inside sales experience in IT or service industry preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
