Role Overview

Investment & Investor-Relations Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct live product demos of the Aonxi platform to prospective investors (angels, VCs, family offices, strategic LPs).
• Leverage personal network and develop new relationships to expand our investor universe.
• Craft compelling investor-facing materials: pitch decks, demo scripts, one-pagers, data-rooms, FAQs.
• Act as primary liaison for investors: respond to due-diligence questions, coordinate with legal/finance teams, track investor commitments.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align investor messaging with company strategy, market traction, KPIs, and vision.
• Monitor investor sentiment, market trends, investment patterns (esp. in SaaS/AI/SMB growth), and feed insights into leadership.
• Drive toward measurable outcomes: number of qualified investor conversations, demo-to-interest conversion, commitment volumes.
  

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years (or more) experience in investor relations, fundraising, venture capital, private equity, business development, or corporate finance.
• Proven track record of opening investor relationships (angels, VCs, family offices) and facilitating investment conversations.
• Excellent communication skills: able to deliver compelling live demos, articulate complex product and business models clearly, and handle investor Q&A confidently.
• Strong network among investors in India (and preferably U.S.) — ideally with warm leads, past engagements, or introductions.
• Financial acumen: able to discuss business models, unit economics, SaaS metrics, growth KPIs, and investment theses credibly.
• Strong presentation and story-telling skills, comfortable with slide decks, investor FAQs, and narrative building.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, self-starter, comfortable in ambiguity, strongly results-driven, excellent follow-through.
• Comfortable collaborating across time-zones (India/US), working with leadership, managing investor-facing deadlines.
• Educational background in business/finance/engineering preferred; CFA/CA/ MBA a plus but not mandatory.
