Business Development Head – Home Panchakarma Division Sri Vaidya® Kerala Ayurveda Panchakarma 📍 Vasant Kunj (Delhi NCR) 📧 drsonia.srivaidya@gmail.com 🌐 www.srivaidya.com About the Role Sri Vaidya® is seeking a dynamic and committed Business Development Head to lead our expanding Home Panchakarma Division across Delhi NCR. This role demands complete ownership of business growth, client satisfaction, and operational excellence for at-home Ayurvedic therapies—bringing authentic Kerala Panchakarma directly into the homes of discerning individuals and corporates. You’ll lead every aspect of the business: from strategy and team building to marketing, client onboarding, and performance tracking. Key Responsibilities Business Growth & Strategy: Develop and execute a revenue-oriented growth plan for Sri Vaidya’s Home Panchakarma services. Identify and close new partnerships, including HNI clients, corporate wellness programs, and premium housing clusters. Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with clear ROI tracking. Operations Management: Handle end-to-end delivery of Home Panchakarma services across Delhi NCR—therapist scheduling, client coordination, logistics, and feedback. Recruit, train, and supervise Panchakarma therapists in collaboration with the medical team. Maintain service quality and client confidentiality to Sri Vaidya® standards. Marketing & Brand Outreach: Design and execute low-budget, high-impact marketing initiatives (local events, digital ads, wellness camps). Collaborate with marketing and design teams to enhance brand visibility online and offline. Drive lead generation and conversions through effective follow-ups and relationship management. Client Experience & Relationship Management: Manage high-value clients (HNWIs) with personalized attention and service recovery when required. Coordinate with Ayurvedic physicians for therapy alignment and follow-ups. Maintain feedback systems to ensure continuous improvement. Financial Accountability: Monitor budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability. Generate weekly and monthly performance reports for management review. Desired Profile Minimum 4–7 years of business development or operations experience within Ayurveda / Panchakarma / Ayurvedic wellness centers only. Strong understanding of Ayurvedic therapies, client expectations, and operational workflows. Proven ability to manage teams, vendors, and logistics independently. Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi) with a warm, trustworthy demeanor. Entrepreneurial mindset—able to grow business within limited resources.
