🚀 The Role: Business Development Manager

We’re looking for a dynamic, analytical, and visionary BDM

strategic leadership position

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution

• Develop and execute weekly, monthly, and quarterly business growth plans for clinic and home Panchkarma operations.
• Build, monitor, and refine logical databases for leads, clients, and follow-ups.
• Define KPIs, conversion metrics, and operational dashboards to identify leaks and improvement areas.

Business Expansion

• Plan outreach and collaborations targeting

  HNIs, business families, diplomats, and elite wellness seekers

  .
• Identify and activate partnerships with luxury residential societies, wellness clubs, and senior living communities across Delhi NCR.

Team & Process Management

• Coordinate between the medical, therapy, and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Train and lead junior staff in CRM usage, client retention, and communication excellence.

Marketing Integration

• Work closely with digital marketing to align campaigns with on-ground strategy.
• Conceptualize premium events, pop-ups, or wellness previews for brand activation.

💡 Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven experience (5+ years) in

  business development, healthcare, or luxury wellness

• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills — able to convert data into action.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills with an understanding of high-profile clientele.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: self-driven, proactive, and execution-focused.
• Background in healthcare, hospitality, or wellness will be preferred.
