Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target new business opportunities through research, networking, cold calling, and outreach Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners to increase sales and business growth Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and business development goals Negotiations: Lead negotiations and manage contracts to secure profitable business deals Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitors, and market demands to adjust strategies accordingly Presentations & Proposals: Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, explaining the company s products/services and providing solutions to their needs Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align business development efforts with organizational goals Reporting & Analysis: Track business development progress and sales metrics, providing regular reports to management Product/Service Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and product/service knowledge to effectively sell offerings
Perform onsite GPS device installations on vehicles at client locations. Diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues in a timely and professional manner. Conduct routine device health checks, maintenance, and firmware upgrades. Ensure accurate wiring and sensor connections as per installation standards. Provide technical support to customers and coordinate with the back-end support team. Maintain installation records, reports, and customer feedback logs. Educate clients on device usage and mobile/web platform functionalities. Ensure timely service delivery and adherence to safety protocols.
