Your primary responsibility will be to identify, outreach, and onboard local experts onto our platform. This is a crucial role that directly contributes to our product's core value. This is not a typical sales role—you’ll be building the foundation of our expert network from the ground up. You should be passionate about our mission and thrive in a high-autonomy, high-impact environment. Key Responsibilities Expert Sourcing: Identify and research high-quality local experts across various sectors to join our platform. Outreach & Onboarding: Conduct proactive outreach campaigns via phone and other communication channels to engage potential experts. Guide them through the onboarding process, from initial contact to successful profile creation. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with experts, acting as their primary point of contact and ensuring a seamless experience. Strategy & Optimization: Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to refine our expert acquisition strategy. You'll play a direct role in shaping our business development playbook. Performance Tracking: Maintain detailed records of your outreach efforts, conversion rates, and expert feedback to track performance and inform strategy. What We're Looking For Proven Sales Experience: You have 2+ years of experience in a sales, business development, or similar role. Experience with phone/voice channels is essential.
