Key Responsibilities

• Strategize, launch, and optimize campaigns across

  Search, Display, YouTube, Discovery, and Performance Max

  .
• Build and manage

  LSA (Local Services Ads)

  for high-intent U.S. businesses (roofing, medspas, home care, solar, etc.).
• Continuously test creatives, ad groups, and bidding models to identify

  8+ Signal leads

  (high-quality verified leads).
• Collaborate with our AI system to feed insights from sales call data into ad optimization loops.
• Develop and maintain 60–90 day

  ROI Channel Strategies

  for each client — ensuring alignment with Aonxi’s 8+ Delivery System.
• Generate weekly reports: spend vs. qualified lead ratio, CPL, CPA, and Signal Score performance.
• Maintain compliance with Google Ads policies and state-specific advertising laws in the U.S.
  

What We’re Looking For

• 3–7 years

  of hands-on Google Ads experience focused on

  U.S. lead generation

  and

  SMB performance marketing

• Proven results with

  Performance Max, LSAs, Search, Display, and YouTube Ads

  .
• Expert in tracking, attribution, and analytics using

  GA4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and Call Tracking Metrics

  .
• Strong understanding of

  buyer psychology

  U.S. seasonal campaign behavior

  .
• Advanced skills in

  keyword engineering

  budget optimization

• Comfortable working in

  EST / PST overlap

  and managing multiple client campaigns simultaneously.
