Your Mission

Own the front line of Aonxi's U.S. sales funnel.

Your goal: create qualified conversations that drive real customers and measurable revenue.

Your measurable outcomes:

200300 conversations/day with small business owners across U.S. time zones

100 qualified demos/month for Aonxi's U.S.-based Closers

120%+ KPI attainment, consistently

What You'll Do

1. Pipeline Architect

Identify and engage SMB owners across industries using structured qualification flows.

Turn data into live, meaningful conversations that convert.

Qualify every lead precisely every demo should be a real opportunity, not a random call.

2. AI-Enabled Prospector

Leverage Aonxi's AI-assisted dialer and CRM stack for intelligent outreach.

Record key insights from every interaction to train and refine our Neural Revenue OS.

Continuously experiment with messaging, scripts, and targeting to uncover scalable growth signals.

3. Revenue Partner

Collaborate closely with Closers, Growth Analysts, and Employee Growth Partners.

Optimize handoffs to maximize demo-to-close conversion.

Participate in weekly performance syncs know your metrics, celebrate your wins, and chart your next level.

Your OKRs (Lead Growth Scorecard)

KR1: 100+ qualified leads/month

KR2: Deliver a monthly Lead Learnings Report insights, patterns, objections, opportunities

What You'll Bring

13 years of experience in B2B lead generation, outbound sales, or inside sales (U.S. market preferred)

Exceptional spoken English and confidence in U.S. business communication

Comfort working U.S. hours (7:30 PM4:30 AM IST)

Performance mindset you measure success in conversions, not call counts

Experience with CRMs, dialers, and structured sales processes

Curiosity about AI, behavioral sales psychology, and human-machine collaboration
