Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & System Design

  • Design complete 60–90 day

    Email Channel Plans

    for each U.S. client — aligned with Aonxi’s 8+ ROI delivery model.
  • Build

    multi-stage sequences

    : inbound, outbound, onboarding, nurture, win-back, upsell, and referral campaigns.
  • Translate customer conversation data (from sales calls) into precise

    email scripts and automation logic

    .
  • Create adaptive

    if/then logic trees

    based on lead behavior, AI ratings, and Signal Score feedback loops.
  • Collaborate with channel managers (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) to synchronize messaging and timing across all funnels.

2. Automation Architecture

  • Set up advanced automations on

    HubSpot, GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, or Mailchimp

    .
  • Maintain tight control over triggers, lead scoring, segmentation, and retargeting flows.
  • Connect the AI feedback system — every email sequence evolves based on

    real conversation outcomes

  • Ensure

    CPL and conversion ratios

    improve weekly via continuous optimization.

3. Copywriting & Conversion Optimization

  • Write high-performing subject lines, body copy, and CTAs tuned for

    U.S. psychology and buyer behavior.

  • Convert AI transcript insights (customer objections, phrases, tone) into copy that speaks exactly like real sales calls.
  • Run controlled A/B tests across tone, personalization, send times, and narrative sequencing.
  • Build “Human Voice at Scale” — conversational templates that feel 1:1 while running 1:10,000.

4. Reporting & Intelligence Loop

  • Measure performance across: open rate, click-through rate (CTR), reply rate, MQL rate, and ROI contribution.
  • Integrate results into Aonxi’s

    Signal Score dashboard

    , linking each email outcome back to the originating call.
  • Present

    weekly learning reports

    : what AI learned, what was deployed, and what revenue impact followed.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–6 years

    of experience in

    email automation, outbound sequencing, and lifecycle marketing

    for U.S. markets.
  • Proven track record in B2B or B2C conversion sequences that generated

    direct measurable sales outcomes

    HubSpot, GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign, Apollo.io, and Instantly.ai.

  • Solid understanding of

    multi-channel nurturing ecosystems

  • Excellent writing skills — fluent, authentic, and psychologically tuned for American readers.
