About the Role:
Join our dynamic IR & PR team focused on IPOs and capital markets. You'll help build financial narratives, manage investor communication, and handle media relations for companies going public.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support in creating investor presentations, DRHP messaging, and RHP summaries
* Coordinate IPO roadshows, analyst meets, and investor Q&A
* Draft press releases, media pitches, and handle journalist outreach during IPO phase
* Monitor IPO market trends, subscription data, and competitor activity
* Ensure all communication is SEBI-compliant and investor-friendly
Requirements:
* MBA in Finance or Semi-qualified CFA
* 02 years in IR, PR, or financial communications (IPO experience preferred)
* Excellent writing & presentation skills
* Strong understanding of capital markets and SEBI regulations
* Proactive, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented
