Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for an Investor Relations Associate. The Associate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with investors, facilitating communication between the organization and its investor network, and ensuring regular engagement with stakeholders. This role includes managing investor inquiries, organizing investor-related events such as the Value Pitch Day, preparing reports and investment-related documentation, and supporting due diligence efforts. Additionally, the Associate will work closely with founders to help them prepare pitches, align with investor expectations, and coordinate investment opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Investor Relations and a strong understanding of investments and private equity.
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate investment opportunities and develop insights for investors and founders.
• Excellent Communication skills to facilitate seamless interaction with investors, founders, and stakeholders.
• Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with investors and the wider startup ecosystem.
• Passion for startups and entrepreneurship, with prior experience in startup ecosystems or venture funding being advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field (MBA or equivalent qualifications preferred).
