We’re Hiring: Inside Sales Executive

Location:

DTDC is looking for a proactive and analytical Inside Sales Executive to join our Sales & Business Development team. This role focuses on market research, lead generation, and client outreach — helping us identify new business opportunities and drive growth in the logistics sector.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential customers and new business opportunities in the logistics industry.
• Generate and qualify leads using online tools, databases, and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, etc.).
• Manage and update CRM systems with accurate lead and customer data.
• Conduct outbound calls/emails to engage prospective clients and schedule meetings for the external sales team.
• Collaborate with sales managers to develop and refine targeting strategies.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to support strategic decision-making.
• Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs related to lead generation and outreach.
• Prepare regular reports on pipeline activity, lead quality, and research insights.

What We’re Looking For

• Education:

  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.

• Experience:

  1–3 years in inside sales, lead generation, or market research (preferably in logistics/supply chain).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
• Familiarity with lead generation tools such as ZoomInfo, Lusha, or Apollo is an advantage.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
