Job Description

About the Role: We are looking for a sharp, creatively driven, and business-savvy Creative and Concept Lead to lead and scale DTDC’s storytelling across platforms and stakeholders. This role will be the central creative force for all content initiatives—supporting our channel marketing, brand strategy, and international (ISJ) efforts with compelling, high-quality content that drives engagement, visibility, and conversion. You’ll lead a talented team of designers, video editors, copywriters, and social media strategists, ensuring content is not just beautiful—but also strategic and impactful. Key Responsibilities: Content Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a content calendar across formats (videos, designs, blogs, social media, internal communication, brand films, etc.) to support business and marketing goals across all verticals—channel, brand, and international markets. Creative Leadership: Provide clear creative direction and feedback to the team of designers, editors, writers, and strategists to ensure all output is on-brand, high quality, and emotionally resonant. Cross-Functional Support: Act as the go-to content partner for Channel Marketing, Brand Strategy, and ISJ teams—developing assets like sales decks, campaign creatives, case studies, regional success stories, and product explainers. Content Ideation: Proactively identify storytelling opportunities within the company—from channel partners and delivery heroes to innovations across markets—and turn them into powerful brand narratives. Social Media Ownership: Own and oversee DTDC’s organic social media strategy, content themes, tone of voice, and community engagement, in partnership with the Social Media Strategist. Video-First Thinking: Push for more dynamic, video-first content formats (internal explainers, brand films, interviews, reels, motion graphics) aligned with evolving audience consumption patterns. Brand Voice Custodian: Ensure all content is consistent in tone, voice, and messaging across channels while also allowing for local nuance and relevance when needed. Performance & Optimization: Track content performance metrics (reach, engagement, shares, views, etc.) and refine content strategy based on data-driven insights. Ideal Candidate Profile: 6–8 years of experience in content marketing, brand storytelling, or creative strategy, preferably in B2B, D2C, or logistics-tech/startup environments. Proven experience managing creative teams and cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders. Strong portfolio across formats—videos, social media, internal campaigns, branding content, etc. Excellent writing and visual storytelling instincts. High creative energy with strong business understanding—can think from both a marketer’s and a customer’s perspective. Skilled in using content management, project management, and social publishing tools. Ability to travel occasionally to collect stories, shoot videos, or support regional content initiatives.
