Salary Range:

₹30,000 – ₹50,000 Per Month + ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 Incentives

Role Descriptoin

Team Leader – Sales

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Sales Executives, monitor their daily activities, and ensure target achievement.
• Handle client enquiries via calls, emails, and other apps when required.
• Support team in explaining products to clients, negotiating, and closing leads.
• Plan and assign daily/weekly targets to the team, track performance, and report to management.
• Provide training, motivation, and regular feedback to improve sales conversions.
• Develop new strategies to improve lead management, upselling, and client retention.
• Follow company policies, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure a high standard of customer service.
• Take ownership of overall team sales while also contributing through individual sales.

Qualifications

• Graduate with

  2–4 years’ prior experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a team leader or senior sales role.

• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Fluent in English and Hindi.

• Proficient with computers, mobiles, and social media apps.

• Confident, self-motivated, and result-oriented personality.
